The comets take revenge on the rocket

The Utica Comets, defeated twice on home soil by the Rockets, got revenge on the Laval team with a 6-5 overtime win Wednesday night at Place Bell.

It was the third consecutive game between the two teams. The Montreal Canadiens farm club experienced the joy of victory in duels on Friday and Saturday in upstate New York.

In today's duel, the guests enjoyed victory thanks to a success from Joe Gambardella in extra time. The Comets were ahead for most of the game, but the Rocket showed great tenacity.

In fact, head coach Jean-François Houle's men drew four times. Joshua Roy and Philippe Maillet stood out with three points each. The first hit the goal twice and provided an assist, while the second scored a goal and contributed to the goals of two of his teammates.
