The congress in the United Arab Emirates will level the playing field of the international media

From November 15th to 17th, the first edition of the gathering will include conferences, exhibitions, product launches, matchmaking events and other activities to prepare the generation that will take the reins of the industry in the future.

In this sense, the Director General of the United Arab Emirates News Agency, Mohammed Jalal Al Rayssi, pointed out the existence of a catalog of thirty workshops “whose participants will learn techniques and skills needed by young people who want to shine in the media industry” .

In a globalized world, the equitable dissemination of knowledge and experience is crucial to create a level playing field and it is a moral duty to provide a fruitful learning experience that can be used by young professionals in their workplaces, said the President of the Executive Team congress.

Likewise, the event will represent an opportunity for multicultural exchange, with the presence of more than eight thousand visitors who will contribute to this necessary change in media that “requires global thinking, perspectives and collaboration to help companies align and to thrive,” according to the official website.

The event will be a window to show the impact of technology in communications, precisely in a country that ranks among the world’s leading digital life indices according to the Telecoms and Digital Government Regulatory Agency’s report.

Al Rayssi noted that “the goal is to foster a dialogue between media professionals and regulators that will result in effective solutions to challenges and a comprehensive roadmap to a bright future”.

To this end, the calendar includes prominent international experts such as Monica Mutsvangwa (Zimbabwe), Wayne Borg (Saudi Arabia), Najib Gouiaa (Mauritius), Adrian Monck (Switzerland), Javier Villanueva (Chile), Sofie Hvitved (Denmark), Sanjay Sindhwani (India), Philippe Petitpont (France) and Adrian Wells (Luxembourg).

The conference and exhibition brings together professionals and media companies from 29 countries to share the latest international technologies specializing in this sector.

Likewise, there will be an agenda of parallel areas such as the Global Buyers Program featuring the world’s most outstanding suppliers, the Live Shows Platform and the Program to Promote New Businesses.
