On June 26, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov chaired a Ministerial Council meeting on “Responding to New Challenges and Threats in a Changing International Environment”.
“The Council noted that current international relations are characterized by a high level of conflict, centered on the ‘hybrid’ war of the ‘collective West’ against Russia,” the Russian website said after the meeting Chancellor’s Office published statement.
The Russian Foreign Ministry claims that Western countries have turned Ukraine into a “new terrorist cell”, fueled the “neoNazi regime” in Kiev and used it as a bridgehead in the fight against Russia.
