Funeral of Princess Diana
We watch a series based on real events and then look for photos or images that allow us to compare. The sad scene in which young William and Harry follow their mother Diana's funeral procession is heartbreaking, both in the series, which respects the details of the past, and in the archive videos from September 6, 1997. Prince William was extremely charming with his handsome face and shy demeanor, and became equally popular as a rock singer in his teenage years after the death of his famous mother. Wherever he went, crowds of young girls were waiting (screaming) for him.

The death of Princess Margaret
This is one of many viewers' favorite characters that we love for his rebellious nature and free spirit. The illness that led to Princess Margaret's death is depicted in a moving episode that ends with a beautiful reconciliation scene between the two sisters.

The meeting between Kate and William
It was no coincidence that Kate and William's meeting at university was part of the grand plan of Catherine's mother, who did everything to ensure that her daughter remained in William's presence for years. It's still nice to see William doubting himself when it comes to seducing the most beautiful girl in school. Special mention deserves the famous fashion parade, where Kate paraded in underwear and a transparent dress to seduce the prince (in the series and in real life).

The wedding of Charles and Camilla
Prince Charles waited 30 years for the moment when he could marry Camilla, the woman of his life. Once again, the costumes in the wedding scene are identical to the clothes worn during the real wedding (and what about the resemblance between actress Olivia Williams and Camilla Parker!). It remains to be seen whether it is true that Queen Elizabeth was hesitant to give the throne to her son as a gift that day…

The death of Queen Elizabeth II
Although the series ends with Charles' marriage, the death of the Queen of England (a few years later) is impressively discussed in the final scenes. Without giving too much away, let's say that it is a joy to see the different faces of Elizabeth II throughout the series and that it is touching to see the Queen's coffin crowned with a crown, as if in a dream.
