Brittany Hockley caused quite a stir over the weekend when she revealed her incredible bikini body while on vacation with her soccer star boyfriend Ben Siegrist.
The former Bachelor star, 36, attracted everyone’s attention in skimpy swimwear and left little to the imagination.
Now fans are wondering how the Life Uncut host got her enviable physique.
“In the last few years I have completely exhausted myself. But what I always make time for is exercise, that’s my self-care,” she previously told Mamamia.
Brittany went on to say she goes for walks every day and has to “put in some serious miles” to tire out her Australian Shepherd, Delilah.

‘Food is life! “I am strong, fit and healthy and eat what I want in moderation because life is about balance,” she wrote on Instagram in 2019.
“I like what my body can do.” “It’s so good for my mental health, it gives me energy and I don’t feel good unless I’ve at least taken a walk outside.”

The 36-year-old’s perfectly toned bum has earned her comparisons to the Kardashians
She said she was “older, curvier, stronger” and had decided to put her personal health and happiness above all fad diets and exercise.
Brittany said she instead focuses on walking a lot and eating a balanced diet rather than trying to aim for a specific body type.
Earlier this year, she revealed to her Instagram followers that most of her secrets involve a consistent fitness regimen, a balanced diet, and occasional indulgences.
“For us it’s about balance.” A few treats here and there never hurt anyone. “It’s about making choices that make you feel good, both inside and out,” she explained.

Brittany’s laid-back lifestyle is a far cry from the strict diet and exercise routine she followed after being a runner-up on “The Bachelor” in 2018.
In an interview with Body+Soul in August after filming the reality series, she said that “intermittent fasting” was the secret to her healthy body.
She appeared noticeably slimmer at the time and added: “My eating window was between 10.30pm and 6.30pm most days. “I do this five days a week because I like to go out for breakfast at the weekend.”
She also revealed at the time that she hit the gym “most days,” alternating between HIIT workouts, F45 training, and weights.

The star has admitted that she once had an unhealthy and life-threatening relationship with food
Just a year later, the former reality TV star opened up about her body image issues and eating disorders.
She told her fans on Instagram that she once had an unhealthy and life-threatening relationship with food.
Brittany revealed that at one point the situation got so bad that she suffered a seizure and had to be hospitalized.
“You know, I’ve always been interested in exercise and fitness. “I’ve been playing all kinds of sports since I could walk, and at a pretty high level (I was quite a tomboy, to be honest),” she began.

Brittany previously practiced intermittent fasting, but would relax the rules on weekends
“I had this idea that skinny equaled healthy and that it was the only way to be “attractive.” “I barely ate anything and exercised every day,” she said of her younger years
“But I wasn’t always healthy and had a great relationship with food.” “As a teenager, I was always afraid of eating something bad.”
Brittany admitted that she had the wrong idea about what was considered healthy and attractive, which culminated in her obsession over food and exercise.
“I had this idea that skinny equaled healthy and that it was the only way to be “attractive.” “I hardly ate anything and exercised every day,” she admitted.
“If I ate something “bad,” I would literally put on my sweatpants and go for a run. When we stopped at McDonald’s in the school camp, I always got an apple. “I always lied to my parents about eating at a friend’s house.”

The brunette focuses on her mental health as much as her physical health
She said the turning point came after she collapsed and had to be taken to the hospital.
“I did that until one day I had a seizure in front of my sister and woke up in the hospital,” she continued.
“Afterwards, my dad drove me home and we stopped at a burger joint where he bought me a burger and fries and told me I was so anemic that he wanted to keep an eye on me and make sure I ate it.” (Thanks Dad – I love you) I did that. And I really liked it.’
Brittany revealed that she has since developed a much healthier and more balanced approach to diet and exercise.
