The disappearance of the Frassica cat, a case opened after the controversy

There is now also a file from the Spoleto Public Prosecutor’s Office on the controversy surrounding the disappearance of Hiro, the cat of Nino Frassica, who disappeared at the beginning of September in Spoleto, where the actor was filming the Rai television series “Don Matteo” and was staying his Mrs. Barbara Exignotis in a house in the center (a reward of initially 5 and then ten thousand euros was guaranteed for finding the animal).
According to TgR from Umbria, the public prosecutor’s office investigated Frassica’s wife Barbara Exignotis and the woman’s daughter for stalking and defamation after a complaint was made by the actor’s neighbors, who, according to his family, were responsible for encouraging Hiro to escape by leaving the door open to have brought.

Exignotis allegedly threw stones at her window, which were confiscated by police, according to Umbrian TgR. In several stories that appeared on social media, Frassica and his wife said they were sure the cat was being kept in a house in the historic center of Spoleto.
When questioned by ANSA, the Spoleto Public Prosecutor’s Office said it could “only confirm that, following a complaint, a case was opened regarding the above-mentioned matter.”
“My lawyer told me to remain absolutely silent,” was the reaction of Exignotis, again reached by ANSA by telephone.
“We have done everything to get him back,” Frassica said in a video published some time ago, “molecular dogs, drones, but at this point we are confident that they will be able to release him upon their return to Rome.”
Now the family suspected of having Hiro is also preparing for legal actionalways with the lawyer Gentili.
