Plastic surgeon Wilian Pires, a multimillionaire doctor who won a trip with influencer Virginia Fonseca during Neymar’s charity auction, has been indicted by the Public Ministry of the Federal District and Territories (MPDFT) and is a defendant in a coup lawsuit against insurance companies.
Wilian Pires was one of the main targets of Operation Ghost Ship, launched on December 15, 2020 by the PCDF (Federal District Civil Police) Division for Repression of Robberies and Thefts (DRF). According to the investigation, the doctor faked the fire destroying a 50foot luxury boat in a bid to deal a blow to the ship’s insurer. The boat and insurance policy were in the surgeon’s name.
The doctor was eventually charged with embezzlement and criminal association.
Wilian Pires presents himself on social media as a specialist in highresolution liposuction and breast augmentation. He makes a point of flaunting his luxury routine, with many trips abroad, always in the company of beautiful women.
The trip with Virgínia Fonseca and the influencer’s motherinlaw, Poliana Rocha, sold for R$735,000. The surgeon ended the trip with his colleagues Thiago Paoliello and Guilherme Scheibel.
