Ramirez, 48, a non-binary actor who plays Che Diaz and uses the pronouns “they/them,” shared a series of posts on Instagram on Tuesday that hinted that they will not be returning for the third season.

“Our industry is so duplicitous,” the former “Grey’s Anatomy” star wrote the evening after the Emmy Awards.

“While handing out awards, casting directors and agents create blacklists of actors and workers who post anything in support of Palestinians in Gaza to ensure they do not work again.”

“While they are elevating some of their own clients who have spoken out against this genocide, they are dismissing others who have smaller platforms and letting them go.”

Ramirez's use of the past tense suggested that her time in the role was over. has reached out to Ramirez for comment. A spokeswoman for And Just Like That executive producer Michael Patrick King declined to comment when contacted by .

Ramirez plays Che Diaz, a comedian whose acquaintance and romance with Sex and the City icon Miranda Hobbes divided fans.

Some fans were upset that Che broke up Miranda and Steve Brady's marriage, while others complained that Che's jokes fell flat.

Her mockery of her character echoes a line she said on the show.

In the second season, Che Diaz gets a pilot for a Netflix comedy show, which is a flop.

But Diaz takes issue with the way Netflix producers want to portray her, saying they've been reduced to “just a fake, sanitized, performative, cheesy dad joke version of what the non-binary experience is.”

Ramirez also thanked the people who stood by her in a separate post on Tuesday, hinting that she has been going through a difficult time.

“I am so grateful to the people in my life who have helped me and continue to support me in healing and release,” she wrote.

“Thank you for helping me peel back the layers of conditioning, socialization and trauma.”

The series was officially renewed for a third season in August.

“We’re excited to spend more time in the Sex and the City universe and tell new stories about the lives of these likeable and ambitious characters played by these great actors,” executive producer and showrunner Michael Patrick King said at the time.

“And Just Like That…here comes season 3.”

But production was delayed by the Hollywood writers' strike, which began in May.

In November the strike ended and the writers resumed work.

Filming hasn't started yet and Max, who broadcasts the show, has confirmed it won't be on our screens until 2025.
