The executive secretary of an African entity will attend the UN assembly

Djibouti, September 16 (Prensa Latina) Executive Secretary of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), Workneh Gebeyehu, will travel to New York, USA, to attend the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly, which met today.

During his visit, Gebeyehu will participate in high-level bilateral meetings aimed at strengthening partnerships and promoting sustainable development in the IGAD region, a press release said.
