The Ferragnezs are (finally) moving to their new home

The Ferragnezs have moved. The digital entrepreneur posted on social media her first lunch in her new home, a brand new penthouse in the CityLife district of Milan.

It was May 2021 when Italy’s most sociable family announced that they were looking for their dream home. After renting the super penthouse that served as our backdrop for the past few years, we witnessed work on their new love nest, a penthouse in the CityLife district that could be built in the new complex Daniel Libeskind. The 108 apartment complex has many condominium services such as: B. the concierge for each building, the 24-hour control room, a stroller room, a Technogym-equipped gym and views of the 25-meter indoor pool and communal gardens.

However, a nest that will be super luxurious. So goodbye to the old children’s rooms, to the kitchen where we saw her preparing just a few delicacies, to the large living room where the Christmas tree was decorated and to the large walk-in closet where Chiara Ferragni decorated her looks put on display. An endless row of boxes, packages and suitcases. The family is ready for the big day.

So here is the new house, built with soft colors, marble and design elements.

The apartment is spread over two floors and has an impressive spiral staircase from which you have a view at a glance Chandelier from the Mapa Plus collection by Ideal Lux.

However, in Fedez’s stories, the red velvet cinema hall with comfortable armchairs was clearly visible. The interior designers who pursued the project are architects Filippo Fiora and Federico Sigali from 13.1 Design Studio. Among the images posted by Chiara, a marble niche stands out, in which there is a painting with an antique gilded frame “Portrait of a Man in Armor” by an English master from the early 17th century. According to the Milan auction house Il Ponte, the work was sold on October 18 for 2,500 euros.

The entrepreneur also previewed a very important part of the property, namely hers walk-in wardrobeor at least part of it: it is cream-colored and has large drawers where you can currently take a look at her numerous Louis Vuitton bags.

Another design piece is the mirror/lamp Ultra strawberry, belongs to the Gray Furniture series, a complete bedroom and living room designed by Ettore Sottsass for Poltronova and presented at the third Eurodomus edition in 1970. The Ultrafragola mirror/lamp was the only piece of the collection to pass the prototype phase. Ultrafragola is made in opal white and features a pink neon LED light. When switched off, the frame is bright white; when switched on, the neon light creates a bright pink shimmer.

But with a colored lamp, signed by the artist Marco Lodola, born in 1955, the Ferragnez have become a true work of art. A heart-shaped work that represents the entire family.

We don’t know how much they paid for their new apartment, but some estimates put the market value at around €6 million.

Added to this is the new house on Lake Como, which Chiara Ferragni recently presented on her social profiles and on the pages of AD Italia.
