The Game Claims Kanye West Was Kicked From Grammy Lineup

The Game announced on Instagram this Friday that his friend Kanye West has been removed from the Grammy lineup.

Kanye, 44, has come under fire for repeated public outbursts directed at his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her new boyfriend Pete Davidson, as well as other celebrities such as Trevor Noah who criticized his behavior.

Kanye was banned from Instagram for 24 hours this week for his posts about Pete and Trevor, which are said to violate the site’s policy on harassment.

In an Instagram post he uploaded Friday night, The Game speculated that Kanye’s supposed removal from the Grammys “might” be due to the fact that Trevor is hosting.

He wrote, “When all BLACK artists, athletes, actors, producers, writers, directors, media, etc… understand this,

“Over and over again they show us that they only want to RIP the culture and not let you ever be their equal. More than an obvious move for reasons of meager actions…,” wrote The Game in the caption.

The Game, whose real name is Jason Taylor, wrote: “The Grammys decided at the last minute to pull @kanyewest off the show as if we didn’t know it was coming.”

He expressed his suspicion: “Maybe because @trevornoah is hosting and there was a conversation between his team and the academy that led to a decision, or because E’s account was banned just a few days ago for unknown reasons, especially in a world where all the negatives of the world can be found in the same application without any consequences or suspensions…”.

The game continued: “We’ll just say it’s all of the above and a constant disrespect to us and everything we’ve brought to the table in entertainment, media and sports, especially in the last 100 years.”

He stated: “Speak your mind in this country for yourself, family or your people and you will immediately be ostracized and if you press them hard enough they will stop at nothing to try and end you altogether…”. For example, I have never been afraid to express my opinion, even knowing what the consequences might be.

“I can’t sleep at night knowing I’ve been silent about issues burning holes in my heart or narratives mishandled by a mass agenda to create the perception that the person at hand is crazy or has internal problems that can’t be to correct”.

The Game, who recently collaborated with Kanye on a track called Eazy, where Kanye made fun of Kim and their “rich** kids,” continued, “I’m saying all this to say: I Woke up….. and while I’m… reminding you that Colin Kaepernick is still not allowed to play in the NFL, lynching just became a federal hate crime in 2022, and now you can’t be suspended because of how you choose to wear your hair…”

He sarcastically said, “GOD, thank you, mass, for allowing us to slowly progress as a race 100 years at a time after all that has been STOLE from us. I’m pretty sure I’ll be the next account banned for speaking freely on an app made for us to share equally with people lol. Hella shit is going to be a joke everywhere you turn these days…but let’s keep playing their game until one day someone WAKES us ALL up, b%#! up!!!’

Kanye and The Game released a new song called Eazy in January – and in the song’s lyrics, Kanye not only expresses a desire to “kick Pete Davidson’s ass,” but also targets his own children for being rich and pampered.

“When you give them everything, they only want more,” he reads. “Bugie and naughty, you all need to do housework.”

The lyrics continue: “Rich ** kids, this is not your mom’s house. Get on your brother’s shoulders, get that ramen.

He also criticizes Kim’s parenting style, rapping, “I love babysitters, but a real family is better. The cameras are watching the kids, stop taking all the credit for yourself.

In the song’s bizarre music video, Kanye buries a plasticine version of Pete alive, to the dismay of several viewers.

However, a source from Entertainment Tonight stated that Pete “finds it hysterical that Kanye included a cartoon version of him in his music video.” He’s almost flattered by the whole thing because it’s so funny to him.

“Art is therapy, and so is this look,” Kanye said in his defense. “Art is protected like freedom of speech. art inspires and simplifies the world. Art is not a substitute for any evil or harm. Any other suggestion about my art is false and malicious.”

Along with Kanye’s alleged exclusion from the Grammys, a petition is circulating online demanding that he be removed from Coachella this year.

Kanye is set to headline Sunday’s performances at Coachella on April 17 and 24, shortly after the Grammy Awards on April 3.

Now, however, a Change.org petition called “Remove Kanye from Coachella!”, alleging his behavior towards “Kim, Pete and others,” has garnered more than 13,000 signatures by Saturday morning PST.

Game’s recent remarks come after it was claimed that Kim felt Kanye’s suspension from Instagram this week was “fair,” a source said.

The 38-year-old comedian said: “Never forget that the biggest trick that racists have ever played on black people was to teach us to strip each other of our blackness whenever we disagree.” Deceiving us into fragments so that we never unite into a powerful core”, before adding “my heart breaks when I see you like this” and shared the “influence” of his work on him.

Trevor said, “Few artists have had a bigger impact on me than you Ye,” Noah wrote. You took samples and turned them into symphonies. You have taken your pain and wired it into performance perfection. I thought differently about how I spend my money because of you.

He added, “You are an indelible part of my life, Ye. That’s why my heart breaks when I see you like this. I don’t care if you support Trump, and I don’t care if you fry Pete. However, I care when I see you on a path dangerously close to danger and pain.

Meanwhile, Kim recently said she’s on a “great path” when it comes to co-parenting her four children with Kanye amid his relentless social media attacks.

The reality star spoke about how she is “protecting” her ex-partner for the sake of her children, despite the constant drama during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday.

“I think that’s exactly who I am and I’ve always seen such a good example in my relationship with my mom and dad,” Kim said.

“So I always just hope, and whatever happens, this is the father of my children. I will always protect, I will always protect. I always want my children to see only the best of the best.

“So I just try, as hard as it is sometimes, I try to ignore it and just try to do what’s best for the kids.”

“Go down the high road,” she added.
