Samsung, Oppo and Google perform equally well or even better in some areas. It’s time to desecrate the iPhone.
Also, it’s a bit frustrating to only have a 3x telephoto lens on the iPhone 14 Pro when the competition is doing better. We want to zoom in, but it seems Apple’s software magic has its limits. Once you zoom in too far, the images become unusable.

And yes, the Lightning port is doomed to join the obsolete connector graveyard. Apple will literally be forced to adopt the USB-C standard for the iPhone thanks to a new European regulation due to come into force by the end of 2024, saying: FINALLY! It’s tiring to walk around with a USB-C cable and a Lightning cable… We’d like to have just one cable, like in a utopian world where all our problems would be solved.
Let’s hope Apple isn’t messing around with certified cables to get the best charging performance or data transfer speeds. Luckily, Europe, like a connectivity superhero, won’t let that happen.

But we wish Apple would shake things up a bit, because after the iPhone X the lineup doesn’t seem to have brought anything really exciting. And then why not? We want Apple to embark on the foldable smartphone adventure. With more and more sophisticated and practical models, the competition is already one step ahead. Imagine a foldable iPhone: a larger screen for apps and games while maintaining the compactness that has made the brand so successful. Finally a bit of novelty and boldness from Apple, it wouldn’t hurt!
