Uncovered CCTV footage appears to show victims abducted by Hamas during the October 7 massacre being taken to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.
Surveillance footage shows bloodied victims – believed to be Thai and Nepalese migrants taken hostage by the terrorists – being carried on stretchers to hospital. They appear to have been seriously injured by Hamas fighters.
The video, released by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Sunday, was recorded at Al-Shifa Hospital on the day Hamas launched its attack on Israel.
The IDF, which conducted an operation at the medical complex last week, said it found a 55-meter-long underground passage 10 meters underground.
Israel has long claimed that the hospital – the largest in the Palestinian enclave – functions as a Hamas command complex and has a network of tunnels running deep underground that is used for both ammunition storage and planning.

In a statement, the IDF said: “These results prove that the terrorist organization Hamas used Shifa Hospital as a terrorist infrastructure on the day of the massacre itself.”
The IDF says it has informed the “relevant authorities” about the footage.
Additional images released by the IDF from surveillance cameras in Shifa show Hamas terrorists in the hospital and outside the hostages’ rooms, as well as stolen IDF vehicles being taken to the medical center.
The IDF also released an infographic showing the locations near the Shifa complex where the bodies of cancer patient Yehudit Weiss, 65, and Israeli soldier Cpl. Noa Marciano was found a few days ago.
IDF spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari says: Cpl. Noa Marciano, 19, who was being held hostage in an apartment in Gaza City, was killed by Hamas, not an Israeli airstrike.
He added: “Noa was kidnapped to an apartment next to Shifa Hospital.” During the IDF attacks in Gaza, a Hamas terrorist who was holding her was killed.
Citing a pathology report and intelligence information, he said Lt. Col. Marciano was wounded in an IDF attack and later taken to Al-Shifa, where she was murdered.
In another video released, Colonel Elad Tzuri stood on a rubble-strewn road near the hospital and said: “We are here in the Shifa Hospital area; I would like to show you where we found the body of Noa Marciano of blessed memory.
“From the hospital where she went to this house that we reached under the direction of the Israeli security service.”
He then walked up a slight incline to a destroyed two-story building, adding, “We knew she was near the house in the backyard,” before stopping and pointing to an orange stretcher.
He said: “We searched here for days until we found her on this balcony.”

This came as the IDF released shocking footage on Sunday that purportedly revealed a massive Hamas tunnel buried deep beneath Al-Shifa Hospital.
Officials said they found a deep staircase equipped with “various defense mechanisms,” including a blast-proof door with a bullet hole, and claimed the terror group was using the entrance to block Israeli forces.
Palestinian officials at the hospital have denied the claims, insisting that the complex is used exclusively for medical purposes and has become a refugee shelter in recent days.
As the war enters its seventh week, the hospital has become a central location in the bloody conflict.
Since beginning its operation in the area on Wednesday, the IDF said it had found the bodies of two hostages – Marciano and Weiss – in a building next to the hospital. Officials say others were most likely held there.
Earlier this week police claimed an entrance to another tunnel shaft had been discovered, but this evening a video was released for the first time.
It was also revealed on Sunday that troops allegedly discovered a white Toyota pickup truck on the hospital grounds containing “RPGs, explosives, grenades and AK47s” that were “identical” to those used by Hamas during the October 7 attacks .
The footage comes just hours after Israeli forces said they found 35 tunnel shafts across the Gaza Strip and raided the luxury homes of Hamas terrorists, seizing various weapons.

“The tunnel entrance contains various defense mechanisms, such as an explosion-proof door and a bullet hole, to prevent Israeli forces from entering.”
Daniel Hagari, the IDF’s military spokesman, said the entrance was exposed when a military bulldozer tore down the outer wall of the hospital complex.
The soldiers then found a fortified shaft with a spiral staircase that led deep beneath the complex before reaching a blast door.
Mr Hagari said his troops had not yet opened the door because they feared it could become a booby trap.
However, Israeli intelligence believes that the tunnel would either split or that there would be “a large space for command and control.” Instead, emergency services will continue to search the area for manholes from surrounding houses.
The Israeli army entered Al-Shifa Hospital for the first time on Wednesday, claiming “around 2,000 people were inside.”
Hundreds of civilians and health workers had to leave the hospital on foot on Saturday after Israeli troops ordered an evacuation over loudspeakers.
Health officials in Gaza said 450 patients were left in hospital after the army warned many were too sick or wounded to escape.

Earlier on Sunday, paratroopers from the Nihal Brigade, supported by tanks, air force jets and armed with rocket launchers, launched a series of raids in the heart of Gaza City.
Six weeks after the start of the war against Hamas, after the October 7 attacks killed more than 1,200 people, they carried out operations in the Sheikh Ejlin and Rimal neighborhoods.
Officials said the areas were “posh” and were home to senior figures in the terror group, and released footage showed soldiers attacking buildings with tanks and rocket-propelled grenades.
After the operation, seized items were put on display, including weapons, ammunition, missiles and laptops, as well as other documents, which were examined by intelligence chiefs.
In addition, 35 tunnel shafts were discovered and a training camp used by Hamas military intelligence was stormed, killing “several terrorists.”
The Rimal district is considered the luxury district of the Gaza Strip, where senior Hamas commanders lived and used civilian space for activities and directing terrorism.
There are also military posts and government buildings within the area.
IDF troops from the Nahal Brigade spotted a terrorist group attempting to fire on the troops from the roof of an apartment, and a warplane was called in to shell the building.
A brigade major said: “During searches in the Rimal area, we found a large number of weapons belonging to Hamas terrorists, including laptops, storage devices and technical documents.”

IDF officials said their forces were working in the northern Gaza Strip, focusing on Jabaliya, Zeytun and Beit Lahia. Naval ships were also deployed to attack the area from the sea.
