The Israeli army attacks infrastructure and a Hezbollah cell in Lebanon

This Sunday, the Israeli army carried out attacks on infrastructure and a cell of the Lebanese Shiite party militia Hezbollah in Lebanon, after attacking several Israeli military positions near the border, in a new day of hostilities arising from the Israel-Israel war surrendered the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas). The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has stated that one warplane attacked “a terrorist infrastructure” belonging to the organization, while a second aircraft attacked “a terrorist squadron that attempted to fire an anti-tank missile into Israeli territory.” This came after Hezbollah attacked a military outpost near Kibbutz Hanita, where there were “multiple casualties,” as well as a manned outpost in Birkar Rishah. The Israeli military reportedly bombed infrastructure at several points along the border and responded to artillery fire directed at the Arab community of Al Aramshe. Since October 8, a day after fighting broke out between Israel and Hamas, there have been exchanges of fire on the Lebanon-Israel border, mainly between the Israeli army and Hezbollah, which claims to support Hamas. Since the fighting began, more than 120 people have been killed on the Lebanese side, most of them Hezbollah fighters, but also a Lebanese soldier and 17 civilians, three of them journalists. According to the authorities, seven soldiers and four civilians were killed on the Israeli side.
