Beirut, November 30 (Prensa Latina) The Israeli army today maintains operations near the Blue Line on the southern border with Lebanon in preparation for the erection of a third defensive fence.
According to the correspondent of the channel Al Manar Ali Shoeib, bulldozers from the Tel Aviv Armed Forces are carrying out demolition work for the third day in a row to build a new iron fence along the division with occupied Palestine.
Through his Twitter account, the reporter confirmed that enemy teams paved a military road to set up another fence under the protection of a troop carrier.
In the message, Shoeib emphasized that all these Israeli fortifications and maneuvers are happening out of fear of the Lebanese resistance and its growing military capabilities.
For several days, Israel has been mobilizing its bulldozers and tanks in areas of the Hunin Valley on the Blue Line between the occupied Palestinian territories and Lebanon.
In this regard, the Lebanese Army Orientation Directorate condemned new violations by the Israeli Navy off the coast of Ras an-Naqoura and their follow-up action in coordination with the United Nations Transitional Force (Unifil) in the country.
In a statement, Lebanon reported the breaching of a boat and a gunboat in territorial waters on the southern border in a continuing hostile practice and daily violation of national sovereignty by sea, land and air.
Since 1978, Unifil was established in Lebanon to confirm Israel’s withdrawal from the south and restore peace.
In accordance with Resolution 1701 of August 11, 2006, the international command oversees the cessation of hostilities and assists the Lebanese government in securing its borders and other points to prevent the entry of weapons or similar material without its consent.
Despite being expelled from Lebanon in May 2000, Israel still occupies the land of the Shebaa farms and the Kafar Khuba hills.
Both countries have been in a war situation since the establishment of the State of Israel, and over these years many crimes and attacks have been remembered by the Lebanese people amid Tel Aviv’s ambitions to steal the water from the Litani River and Lebanon’s oil wealth and gas-carrying
