The Jackery Explorer 100 Plus portable power station has been unveiled in Europe. The company notes that this smaller device could be useful while camping or on a day trip. The device has three ports: two USB-C input/output ports with a maximum power of 100W and one USB-A output with 18W.
However, the maximum total power of the Explorer 100 Plus is 128 W. The power supply has a 99.2 Wh LiFePO4 battery and can therefore also be taken on the plane. And you can charge the power adapter via AC, DC or solar power sources. A built-in display shows information such as charge status and input and output power and can be turned on or off at the touch of a button. In addition, the device is air-cooled and produces an operating noise of around 45 dB. The power supply weighs 965 g (~2.1 lb), is painted black and orange, and comes with a five-year warranty.
The Jackery Explorer 100 Plus Portable Power Station will retail from November 7th for £139.99/€149.99. To celebrate its 11th anniversary, Jackery is offering the wearable device as a gift to customers who purchase select products before November 5th. It is unclear when the mini power bank will be launched in other markets, such as the US.
