Andressa Urach has lost permanent custody of her son Leon, as her exhusband Thiago Lopes reported on her social networks. The case has been in court since earlier this year, after the businessman was given interim custody of the baby following their split.
“Unilateral custody granted for dad,” said Thiago Lopes, announcing the court’s final decision. The businessman did not provide any further information and the influencer has not yet commented on the matter.
When Andressa Urach lost custody for the first time, she was quite devastated by the news, but already suspected that ultimate custody would also remain with her exhusband. At the time, the model was hospitalized for a relationship with the child.
“It was also very difficult for me because the temporary security guard stayed with him. And by all indications, the security guard will end up staying with him because he’s a very intelligent man, a bailiff … and I gave reasons for that,” he lamented at the time.
