Last week came the somewhat surprising (and by that I mean completely shocking) news that Kanye West – who has kept quiet after his spate of obnoxious anti-Semitic comments – had tied the knot with Yeezy designer Bianca Censori. And while they haven’t filed a marriage license yet, things appear to be pretty official considering Kanye wears a wedding ring.
Meanwhile, the Kardashians are reportedly worried and confused — particularly over how the marriage will affect Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s children.
“The family doesn’t consider this a marriage yet,” a source told Page Six. “They don’t know what it is.” The insider adds, “They’re not sure if it’s a PR stunt. They wait to see if he submits papers. They’re nervous because if it were real, she’d be in the kids’ lives.”
Page Six previously reported that Kim and Bianca don’t get along, to say the least. “Kim hates her,” a source said, adding that the aspiring attorney had suspected something was going on between them.
Kanye’s wedding to Bianca comes just about two months after he and Kim finalized their divorce in November 2022. Speaking about co-parenting with Kanye in a recent interview with The Angie Martinez IRL Podcast, Kim said: “Co-parenting is hard, it’s really f* I had the best dad and I had the best memories and the greatest experiences and that is all I want for my children.”
She added, “As long as they can have that, I would want that for them, you know. So if they don’t know what’s being said or what’s happening in the world, why would I ever bring that energy?” to them? You know, that’s like some really heavy, heavy adult shit they’re not ready to handle.
