Taking advantage of expectations surrounding House of The Dragon, the HBO published, on Sunday evening (21), the first teaser of The Last of Us series. The images officially show the first details of the production based on the acclaimed PlayStation games franchise.
The teaser is part of a HBO Max releases video, but is also shared on Twitter accounts. At around 20 seconds, the video features Pedro Pascal as Joel and Bella Ramsey in the role of Ellie Nick Offerman can also be seen as Bill at the end.
The click shows the two protagonists talking about the losses caused by the world they live in. In The Last of Us, a pandemic caused by a fungus has ushered in a great apocalypse in the United States, pushing the remnants of civilization to survive as best they can, even if it involves violence.
So far, HBO hasn’t confirmed the premiere date for The Last of Us series, but the first season will have 10 episodes and will premiere in 2023.
