The last trove of court documents related to Jeffrey Epstein is finally being unsealed

The latest batch of court documents containing “obnoxious” allegations related to 167 of Jeffrey Epstein’s associates, victims and associates are finally being unsealed – nearly four years after the disgraced financier’s death.

The footage will be released in the coming months and is said to contain information on at least one “public figure”, according to .

The documents relate to “suspected perpetrators” or people accused of “grave misconduct,” as well as law enforcement officials and prosecutors, according to a statement filed Wednesday.

Prince Andrew, who is accused of having sex with Epstein victim Virginia Roberts when he was 17, and Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz are among those named in the papers.

Other high-profile men linked to the pedophile include Bill Gates, Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, although it’s unclear if they’re mentioned.

The documents represent the last sealed material to be released in a year-long process that rumbled through federal court in New York before Epstein apparently killed himself in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

The material was first filed in a 2015 Roberts defamation case against Ghislaine Maxwell, who is now serving 20 years in prison for sex trafficking and underage recruitment for Epstein.

The lawsuit was settled under wraps in 2017, but the case material has since been gradually released in batches following numerous requests from media organizations.

The remaining documents are now set to be released after dozens of John or Jane Does mentioned in the papers did not object to their names being published – which includes the Duke of York, according to .

The individuals are not named in a February 8 filing, but all appear to be revealed when the documents are unsealed.

J. Doe 5 is listed as a “victim” who testified at Maxwell’s trial using only her first name.

Roberts’ attorneys requested that her last name be redacted, but Maxwell’s attorneys pointed out that she had used her middle name in a media interview, so it shouldn’t be.

J. Doe 18 is an assistant district attorney previously identified in a police report.

The individual appears to have been involved in the 2007 charges against Epstein, under which he served just 15 months in prison for soliciting a minor into prostitution as part of a love deal with Florida prosecutors.

J. Doe 21 is described by Maxwell’s attorneys as a “public figure” who objected to the publication of her name because the only known reference to her is in Epstein’s “Black Book” of contacts.

Roberts’ attorneys note that the individual did not object to the publication of his name.

J. Doe 23 has died but was charged with “grave misconduct,” the documents say. You will not be identified by name.

Maxwell’s attorneys firmly denied the release of any material related to J. Doe 36, who is described as an “Epstein daughter.”

Her attorneys said that during Maxwell’s trial there was only one reference to the person who flew on Epstein’s private jet.

According to the document, “The items plaintiff (Roberts) hopes to open contain a number of objectionable, unsubstantiated allegations.”

Lawyers for Roberts – who now goes by her married name Virginia Giuffre – said the material should be “fully unsealed” because the person did not object to the release even after receiving copies of the material concerning her.

J. Doe 49 appears to be Dershowitz as her entry refers to Roberts admitting she was wrong about her claims about him.

Roberts, 39, sued Dershowitz, 84, for defamation but dropped the case last year when she admitted she “may have made a mistake” in the identification.

Dershowitz has always maintained his innocence and has requested that all material relating to him be released.

J. Does 59, 113, 132 and 134 are also said to have committed “grave wrongdoing”. While Does 59 and 132 are dead, the other two are alive.

No further details are given as to who they are.

Another person, J. Doe 117, is a former assistant US attorney who may offer further insight into the circumstances of Epstein’s plea deal.

Others with documents on them are described as “law enforcement officials” or alleged “Maxwell associates.”

J. Doe 132 is described as an “alleged Epstein associate” and “alleged abuser.”

Allegations about this person were “widespread in the media” and she is now deceased, the court document said.

J. Doe 148 is described as an “alleged perpetrator,” “alleged Epstein associate,” and “alleged witness,” who is still alive.

Roberts’ attorneys said the person did not object and that his name was published in a previous batch of unsealed documents.

The attorneys note that the person will have a “fair opportunity” to respond to any unsealed allegations.

According to Roberts, Andrew first had sex with her when she was 17 at Maxwell’s townhouse in London.

They had sex twice more at Epstein’s New York townhouse and his private island in the Caribbean, she claimed.

Prince Andrew has strongly denied the claims, but he settled a battery lawsuit filed by Roberts last year for $12 million.

Roberts is now writing her memoir, while the Duke reportedly feels he can return to public life after being shunned for his ties to Epstein.
