The man behind Kate and Wills’ movie magic has been revealed

The Prince and Princess of Wales hired London-based commercial filmmaker Will Warr to shoot a behind-the-scenes film showing the happy family preparing for a series of events over the Coronation weekend.

The five-minute video was released on YouTube and a short clip was posted to Twitter on Saturday showing Kate Middleton, 41, Prince William and their three children – Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5. shows how they enjoy themselves the weekend.

The video, titled “The Coronation Weekend, Behind the Scenes of the Prince and Princess of Wales,” features various shots of their children looking out the window of Buckingham Palace, Prince William getting ready for the Coronation Concert and more.

But who is the man who accompanied the prince and princess and their family to capture these intimate scenes on such a historic day?

Mr Warr, from Brixton, London, is married to Sarah Warr and father of one child to their seven-month-old son, Frederick Skye Grayling Warr.

Sharing the video on his Instagram, Mr Warr said: “It is an honor and a privilege to have been asked to capture behind the scenes for @primceandprincessofwales of last weekend’s royal coronation.”

“A rare and exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the celebrations and be a part of this historic weekend.”

Brands he has worked with include Brooklyn Brewery, Uber Eats, Red Bull, Miele, Bloom & Wild, Diageo, ergobaby, Puma and Holland Cooper.

The savvy commercial filmmaker was also behind the Tesco Food Love Stories commercials.

According to his website, after training as a designer, he embarked on a “one-man mission to create beautiful, engaging visual content” — and five years later has “a portfolio of world-leading clients with whom he creates story-driven branded merchandise.” Content, corporate films and commercials”.

From creative design and artistic direction to post-production, including animation and sound design, Will and his team “build close working relationships with clients, from initial concept to high-quality end product.”

He is also one half of the film production duo Topjaw, where he produces videos about “his favorite things about eating, drinking and doing” with his friend Jesse.

Mr Warr, who now has 23,8000 followers on Instagram and counting, is followed by Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing – who has produced content for his Candy Kittens brand – and Matt Porteous, the Royal Family’s award-winning photographer, who has snapped pictures of the family used for their latest official Christmas card.
