The Master Cleaners cleaning competition is being adapted to Quebec

Reality TV Master cleaner will be subject to a Quebec adjustment to TVA in 2024.

Pixcom (Indefensible, MasterChef Quebec) will host this cleaning competition inspired by the Danish format from ITV Studios.

The title in French has not yet been determined, nor has the identity of the host or jury.

We're talking about a “fractured competition” where participants “of all ages and cleanliness enthusiasts must demonstrate efficiency, thoroughness and creativity to excel in often extreme and incredibly chaotic cleaning events.” An “ubiquitous timer” adds pressure and at the end of each episode a customer must return their rags and sweeper to production.

The participants' personalities will also be put to the test on set.

“It is a pleasure to work with ITV Studios and Quebecor Content on this Quebec adaptation of a new, fast-growing format. The competition will reach and inspire cleaning enthusiasts from across Quebec and promises moments of great intensity,” Pixcom’s Charles Lafortune and Nicola Merola said in a press release on Friday.
