The Morin-Heights SuperFolk Festival is back

The SuperFolk Morin-Heights Festival in the Laurentians is back at the foot of the mountain for a new edition that will take place from August 19th to 21st.

The event, which celebrates its 5th anniversary, will welcome 11 artists on the stage set up in Parc Basler, in the municipality of Laurentides, where a multitude of family activities are planned, including visual arts, football and mini-tennis, not to mention the traditional yoga session on sunday morning.

Several local traders, artisans and restaurants will also have a presence on the site.

The festival encourages discovery and surprise, does not announce its music program in advance, and instead focuses on promoting local artists and vendors.

As a preview, Richard Séguin and Saratoga will perform at the United Church in Morin-Heights on August 17th.

Initiated by singer-songwriter and producer Ian Kelly, the fully bilingual and accessible SuperFolk Morin-Heights runs August 19-21.
