A missing American mother in New York was found dead in an abandoned bag in Queens on Saturday.
The body of a mother was discovered in Queens on Saturday, hidden in a bag left by the side of the road. The New York Post states that the victim lived not far from there. A trail of blood leading from her house onto the street made it possible to track the body. Orsolya Gaal, 51, was reportedly stabbed at least 60 times. She was injured in the neck, torso and left arm, and stab wounds were discovered in her carotid artery and windpipe, court sources said. After the body was found, her 13-year-old son was questioned by police before being released. Her husband and 17-year-old second son were with her in Portland to attend college. He would have received a message from the killer, who would have written: “Your whole family will follow”. After the fact, the father commented on social media: “My son Leo is doing well. Thank God my son is safe. There are concerns for our family. Our lives are in danger, he continued without saying more.
While the investigation continues, a police source said surveillance cameras lined the street between the family home and the street where the bag was dumped. “Something is missing. But the cameras will allow us to tell if (the suspect, ed.) is an adult or a child. No information has been given about a potential suspect or the reason for the son’s arrest. He told police he didn’t know where his mother was when she disappeared.
