The NHL allows Owen Beck to play in the Memorial Cup

Despite a two-game suspension from the Ontario Junior League (OHL), Montreal Canadiens junior Owen Beck will not miss a Memorial Cup game as a result of a National League decision. Ice Hockey (NHL).

CH’s second-round pick (33rd overall) in the 2022 draft has 16 points in 22 playoff games. Beck was acquired from the Petes by the Mississauga Steelheads midseason and has 66 points in 60 games.

The Petes, Thunderbirds, Quebec Remparts and hosts the Kamloops Blazers are the teams set to battle it out for Friday’s Memorial Cup.
