Good news for fans of Android phones that stand out. Nothing Tech announced earlier this month that the Phone (2), the second version of its phone, will go on sale in Canada. The bad news: it won’t be a bargain.
Three phone models (2) will be offered in the country: the basic version will have 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. A second version will have 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The third version will have 12 GB of RAM in addition to 512 GB of internal storage.
The base model starts at $929. For the best-equipped version, the price increases to $1,099.
The color options for the case are not white and gray. The special feature of the Nothing products is that they do without overly conspicuous decorations. One could still argue that its transparent body is pretty eye-catching in itself. One thing is for sure: it gives the Phone (2) a unique style on the market.
Under the hood, the phone (2) is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ processor, which should make it quite a capable device. Nothing is a China-based mobile device manufacturer founded by OnePlus founder Carl Pei.
