Everything is going wrong for the Carolina Panthers this season and even the owner has had enough. However, his disrespectful gesture during Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars will cost him dearly.
The NFL fined David Tepper $300,000 for “unacceptable conduct” after he threw his drink at opposing fans at EverBank Stadium during a 26-0 loss.

From his dressing room, the businessman threw a liquid towards the crowd below, no doubt responding to their provocations. An angry man also stood up to insult the person who committed this act, but Tepper appeared to have left the scene.

“I am deeply passionate about this team and regret my behavior on Sunday,” he said in a statement Tuesday. I should have entrusted stadium security with the problems that arose. I respect the NFL Code of Conduct and accept the league's decision regarding my conduct.
Despite the presence of quarterback Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the last draft, the Panthers have a poor record of 2-14. This is the worst record on the Goodell circuit.
