The companion of Alain Delon convicted the actor's children of “attempted premeditated murder.” This was reported by Le Figaro, which claims to have been in possession of the letter with which the woman asked the Montargis public prosecutor's office to launch an “urgent investigation” into the matter. In the letter written by his lawyer, Delon's partner Hiromi Rollin denounces the deteriorating health of the now octogenarian actor, with whom he lived for more than thirty years on Douchy's estate, from which she was evicted by her Delon children in 2010 in the summer of 2023 The latter claimed that Hiromi Rollin, the actor's long-time assistant, took advantage of the sick actor's weakness to take on the role of companion. However, the complaints of the three children, who in turn disagreed on financial issues, were dismissed by the Montargis public prosecutor's office at the beginning of January due to a lack of convincing evidence. Now the woman is going on the counterattack and accuses her children in the lawsuit of having decided to interrupt their father's treatment, “even though she was aware that these were vital treatments” and an interruption “caused the father's death would accelerate”.
