The Penguins players issue the season tickets themselves

The Pittsburgh Penguins players showed great generosity to their most loyal fans, even going so far as to bring them their season tickets on Monday itself.

The Pennsylvania-based organization documented everything in photos and videos on its social networks. So it’s possible to see Sidney Crosby meeting fans right on their doorstep, including Bill Radocaj and his family.

Many were surprised to see the Penguins captain up close, exchanging handshakes and smiles with everyone. The Nova Scotian is still the team’s most popular player and will soon begin his 19th season in the jersey.

The Pens’ new color bearer, Reilly Smith, was also part of the delegation of 14 players. This is a great way to make a pleasant first impression.

Pittsburgh will begin the 2023-2024 season at home, hosting the Chicago Blackhawks and Connor Bedard on October 10th.
