“He will meet an intense schedule of delivery of works in different municipalities (…) and will participate in the central files on the 24th and 25th,” assured the President’s delegate to the Bicentenary, Martín Maturano.
He confirmed that tomorrow, Arce will conclude an intensive program of work in the rural communities of Chuquisaca with his participation in all central acts to mark the 213th anniversary of the first continental libertarian cry commemorated by this department.
In addition to the President, Vice President David Choquehuanca, Senate Speaker Andrónico Rodríguez and Chamber of Deputies Speaker Freddy Mamani will attend this evening.
As part of this program, the head of state has been doing social work in rural areas of Chuquisaca for the past week.
“We are very happy to deliver these homes, you asked us, you voted for us and here we deliver works for San Lucas,” he assured in this city, as he inaugurated 30 homes that with an investment of more than two million Bolivians (about 286 thousand dollars).
During the act, attended by local authorities and residents of rural communities, Arce reiterated the commitment to build two schools and a sanatorium in that jurisdiction.
During his speech, the dignitary recalled that the government policies applied since the salvation of democracy in 2020 are “producing results”.
He commented that the economy is reactivating and the country is positioned as the one with the lowest inflation in Latin America.
He added that the Highland nation was internationally recognized as having one of the best economies in the region “before the coup”.
He also inaugurated the Molle Punku sanitary sewage system, built for 1.2 million Bolivians ($171,000), a work that he considered important for the quality of life of the residents of the Yamparáez municipality.
Likewise, he showed pride on his Twitter account about the start of construction of the Sucre-Yamparáez double track, estimated at 646 million Bolivians (about $92 million) and will be completed in 2025, the bicentennial year of the declaration of independence of the Republic .
According to Maturano, Arce had lunch with the farmers’ unions of Nor and Sud Cinti on Friday.
He also fulfilled various commitments related to the aspirations of the residents of the municipalities of Poroma, Mojocoya, Presto and the capital of the department of Sucre.
