Voting in Costa Rica proceeds quietly

The 6,767 JRV today opened voting in the second round of general elections between former President José María Figueres of the National Liberation Party and Rodrigo Chaves of the Social Democratic Progressive Party, who took first and second places, respectively, in the first round, the last took place on February 6th.
