The Prince and Princess of Wales have been enjoying a family day out in Lapland, UK, with their two eldest, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Prince William and Kate, both 40, were spotted leaving the Christmas Park at Ascot by an eagle-eyed fan, who shared a photo of the royal group on Instagram.

The royal couple were pictured with George, 9, and Charlotte, 7, and their Norland nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo. It’s unclear if Prince Louis, four, also joined them for the outing.

Looking demure, Kate opted for a coffee-colored wrap coat paired with brown Chelsea boots and a navy blue beanie hat, while William wore blue jeans, a padded jacket and a matching green flat cap.

Meanwhile, George wore a blue down coat, jeans and a patterned beanie hat for the trip with his parents to the Christmas theme park, which features a toy factory, magical forest and reindeer.

News of their outing comes after the family spent Christmas at Sandringham with King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla and the rest of the royal family.

Kate beamed as she held the hand of her youngest son, four-year-old Prince Louis, while walking alongside William, George and Charlotte on the path to St Mary Magdalene Church on the Norfolk Estate on Christmas Day.

The mother-of-three looked typically stylish in a festive recycled coat thought to be by British designer Alexander McQueen.

She paired the eye-catching garment with a Philip Treacy hat, which included a feather, and statement earrings by French brand Sézane, as the group headed to the service.

The frugal royal recycled the military-style coat to attend an engagement at Bradford City Hall in January 2020, shortly after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced they were stepping down as senior royals.

For the Christmas outing, the princess paired her structured coat with tailored black-heeled knee-high boots by Gianvito Rossi.

She wore her thick brunette locks down and cascading down her shoulders, brushed away from her face, and opted for minimal makeup to emphasize her natural beauty.

The Princess of Wales beamed with happiness as she walked alongside her husband to the service in front of the other members of the royal family.

She looked elegant in her festive attire as she waved to the well-wishers who were traveling to Norfolk.
