247 The Globo Play platform bets on the worldwide success of Turkish soap operas and has recently added several to its catalogue, but one of the productions causes an uproar among subscribers, who accuse the streaming of misleading advertising and threaten to unsubscribe from the service on the Reclame Aqui Website collecting consumer complaints.
According to a report by Metrópoles, the controversy revolves around Terra Amarga, a Turkish soap opera that arrived on Globoplay in March with a promise to make 15 weekly chapters available.
