The Mean Girls are back in a commercial, but Regina George is nowhere to be found
Rachel McAdams, known for her role as Regina George in the 2004 film Mean Girls, has decided not to take part in a new Walmart commercial that features several of her co-stars in the famous teen comedy. The supermarket chain’s advert was released on Wednesday and McAdam’s absence sparked much speculation about possible tensions between the actresses.
Sources close to the production denied any conflict and stated that McAdams chose not to join the announcement. “It was offered to all of them, but Rachel didn’t want to do it,” a source close to the actresses revealed Lindsay Lohan (Cady Heron), Amanda Seyfried (Karen Smith) And Lacey Chabert (Gretchen Weiners)McAdams’ co-star in Mean Girls, who appeared in the commercial.
