They were a band once known for their hedonistic party lifestyle.

But the Rolling Stones have reportedly swapped booze for bikram yoga as they plan to focus on their well-being during their Sixty tour.

According to The Sun, Mick Jagger, 78, Ronnie Wood, 75, and Keith Richards, 78, will use a yoga, workout and recovery room, as well as a dedicated area to ensure they feel ready to get on stage ahead of them go show on Wednesday at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, Spain.

A source told the publication that the group ran a “tight ship” at the beginning of the scenes, adding, “Mick likes to work out with his personal trainer before every show so they have a fully stocked workout room ready for him.

“And Ronnie and Keith have a special ‘tuning room’ where they jam and play together and Mick will join them for a warm up before they go on stage.

“This time they can prepare and get ready to do their best for the crowd.”

Steve Jordan is serving as the band’s drummer on the tour following the death of Charlie Watts in August last year.

The last time the band played in Madrid was in 2014 at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium for their 14 on Fire tour.

The Sixty Tour ends almost two months after June in Stockholm, Sweden. However, on June 25th and July 3rd, British fans will fill Hyde Park.

The Sixty Tour Show will be the Rolling Stones’ first European tour without Charlie.

In 2021, Ronnie also revealed he had been secretly battling cancer for a second time during lockdown, admitting he had been diagnosed with small cell cancer but had given the “all clear”.

It’s the second time Ronnie has beaten cancer as he successfully battled lung cancer in 2017 after smoking 25-30 cigarettes a day for 54 years.

And after having part of his lung removed, he confirmed he was cancer-free in 2018.
