With a twoyear delay and in view of what is happening in Ukraine Italy is trying to clarify this Russian delegation (consisting mainly of military personnel) who arrived on March 22, 2020 at the most dramatic moment of the Covid epidemic. Gregory FontanaQuaestor of the Chamber and member of the Defense Commission, filed a question “on the administration of about 150 fans which on that occasion would have arrived in Italy from Russia and delivered to various health establishments in our country, including those in Bergamo and Milan”.
