This was announced by SAAQ CEO Denis Marsolais at a press conference in Quebec City on Thursday morning.

Among the services that will be accessible on the new SAAQclic platform are, in particular, advice, cancellation and replacement of driving licenses, renunciation of a driving license class, verification of the validity of a driving license and the transmission of medical reports.

Prior to the implementation of the service, there will be a transition period during which citizens will have access to a limited set of services from January 26th to February 19th. According to the SAAQ, it is necessary to convert more than 10 billion pieces of data to the new platform.
