According to a joint statement, Moscow and Kyiv will create “humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of civilians, as well as for the delivery of medicines and food in the areas where fighting is most intense.” This includes “the possibility of a temporary ceasefire during the evacuation period, in the sectors where it is carried out”.
