Saudi clubs Al-Hilal and Al Ahly of Egypt qualified for the semi-finals of the Club World Cup in Morocco on Saturday.

In the next round, Al-Hilal meets Brazilian side Flamengo in Tangiers next Tuesday and Real Madrid in Rabat the next day. Flamengo and Real go straight to the semi-finals.
Al-Hilal eliminated Wydad Casablanca, African champions, with 5 shots to 4 in Rabat after equalizing and extra time in added time of the second period (1-1).
For his part, Al Ahly defeated the Seattle Sounders (1-0) in Tangier, with a late goal from midfielder Afsha (88′).
19-year-old Musab Al Juwayr got the winning shot for Al-Hilal while Jalal Daoudi missed his for Wydad.
Moroccan right-back Ayoub El Amloud scored in the 52nd minute and Saudi midfielder Mohamed Kanno equalized in added time (90+4) three minutes after Moroccan Yahya Jabrane was sent off.
Saudi striker Mohamed Kanno was ruled out again in extra time (94′).
