Racing queen Kate Waterhouse looks chic in a cream mini dress as she leads the celebrity arrivals at the Star Championships alongside Nicole Kidman’s niece Lucia Hawley
Kate Waterhouse made her obligatory appearance at the Star Championship races at Sydney’s Royal Randwick Racecourse on Saturday.
The racing queen, who drives the horse trainer Gai Waterhouse as her mother, has interpreted the typical, extravagant racing clothes in a modern and chic way.
Dressed in a form-fitting white dress with long sleeves and a ruffled hem that showed off her tiny pins, the 39-year-old journalist slipped into black polka-dot stockings.
Stumbling about in sky-high platform shoes, she traded a traditional fascinator for a wide-brimmed fedora that sat atop her softly curled blonde locks.
Kate completed her look with simple, statement jewelry while flaunting her natural beauty with barely-there makeup.
