Tonight on Sky Uno the episode of 4 restaurants.
The Al Zuc restaurant in Pagnacco, the Casa della Contadinanza in the Castle in Udine, the San Michele restaurant in Fagagna and the Al Paradiso restaurant in Pocenia are the four protagonists of the series of 4 restaurants dedicated to historical housesaired tonight in prime time on Sky Uno (channel 108) at 9.15pm and streamed on Nowalways available on demand and viewable on Sky Go.
In the new installment, chef Alessandro Borghese aims to identify those who have managed to combine innovation and tradition in the best possible way, enriching local products best restaurant in a historic residence in Udine and surroundings.
