MasterChef Australia's new host Poh Ling Yeow has rung in the New Year with some very cheeky selfies.
The celebrity chef, who recently turned 50, posted two photos of herself sunbathing topless in her garden on Instagram on Wednesday, with nothing but a hat covering her modesty.
Fresh-faced Poh beamed and pouted at the camera as she stretched out on a pile of pillows, looking decades younger than her 50 years.
In her caption, the chef admitted that she overworked herself over the holidays and finally forced herself to take a break.
“Well, what do you know?” “I finally got myself together and a day off,” she began.

“It's no joke that it's a really difficult thing for my brain type because I'm either work mental or pretend to relax but testing a recipe and repotting 11 plants while doing 7 types of to-do Write lists.”
Poh noted that being too conscientious is a “problem” in her relationships, and she likely inherited this trait from her Aunt Kim.
'[Kim] She has been a housewife all her life, but even when her mother is away and it is just her and her father in the house, she has a schedule like the Prime Minister's,” she mused.

Poh admitted that she has many friends who also find it difficult to relax and “feel guilty about resting properly.”
“As technology speeds up life, we cannot possibly imagine that we can get away with increasing our processing speed in such unnatural ways without causing failures,” she continued.
“That's why one of this year's priorities is learning to rest.” Can I do it? Let's see.'

The new cast was announced in October following the tragic death of popular MasterChef Australia judge Jock Zonfrillo on April 30.
