There is no school like the old school, as they say, these athletes show what the human body is capable of using the traditional methods of bodybuilding.
The winners of this year’s 12th annual IBFA finals have been announced, showcasing the most muscular Brits from across the country.
IBFA UK is a not-for-profit bodybuilding association that works to “keep the old school values of the sport alive.”
They host numerous bodybuilding shows across the UK and cater to both amateurs and professionals in the sport.
This year 85 people took part, along with people from all over the country, from Aberdeen to Exeter.

The overall winners were Charles (Charlie) Barrett and Kelsey Yung, who both won “unique swords and trophies.” Mr Barrett also won £1,000 in prize money.
IBFA UK president Martyn Yates, who hosted the show, told Web: “Those who won have qualified for next year’s World Cup in Rome.”
“The IBFA is an Italian association, but this is the British branch.”
“Given that there are currently around 17 British bodybuilding associations, we are going from strength to strength.”
“We’ve built a good customer base, you know, built a good following and we have nine qualifiers across the UK.”
“The IBFA adheres to the bodybuilding values established in the 50s and 60s.
“We assess the entire physique.” “Our school is old school, we preserve the values to remember where we come from.”
Along with a picture of a huge and deadly-looking sword, Ms Yung said: “I can barely keep my eyes open.”
“Little tinks are worn out.” I’m overjoyed with my results today.
“I am overwhelmed by the overall victory and, above all, so happy to be in my happy place, the stage.”
