The View host Ana Navarro has sprung in a stunning social media post in defense of husband Al Cárdenas and his feet.
The 51-year-old’s husband was a hot topic of conversation on Instagram last week – albeit for all the wrong reasons – after many of Ana’s followers were horrified at the condition of his left foot in a picture posted by the on-air personality.
In the seemingly innocent snap, Al can be seen lounging in a cabana reading a book – but observant Instagram users were quick to point out the condition of his toes, which appeared warped and twisted in the snap.
One person described Al’s foot as “terrible,” while another suggested he see a podiatrist and have “major surgery” because of the unusual position of his “crooked” toes.
Another person asked how many toes Al actually had and claimed they could only see three in the photo, so he decided to clear up the confusion – via Ana.

On Wednesday, the TV star took to her Instagram Stories and shared a close-up photo of Al’s bare feet as he lounged on a sun lounger during their European vacation.
Alongside the random closeup of her husband’s feet, Ana wrote, “Al wants you to know he has five toes,” followed by a laughing face emoji.
The couple apparently poked fun at some of the comments people made on the Instagram post Ana shared on Aug. 14, which featured a photo of 75-year-old Al lying on a cabana and read a book.
Trolls immediately made fun of Al’s feet, as from a distance some of his toes appeared to be bent.
One person wrote, “Al needs major surgery on his feet. Wow,” before adding in Spanish, “They’re burning.”
Another person responded, saying, “I zoomed in to see what was going on and how many toes,” while a third person claimed, “Seriously, the bunion overlap is terrible.”
A fourth Instagram user responded, saying, “I also noticed his toes. Mine doesn’t look good because of the arthritis, but his is really bad.”
Someone else advised, “As a left foot, his toes are all crooked and he also has bunions.” Have him see a podiatrist, I had the same problem and it hurt so bad. He must be in excruciating pain putting his shoes on and it’s worst of all when he walks.’
Maybe someone else didn’t notice the other comments and asked, “But we’re not going to say anything about the toes, are we?” To which another person replied, “I only counted 3 on a man’s man’s feet.” I’d be lying dead drunk on the beach.”
A few days earlier, Ana had posted a photo of herself barefoot capturing her scenic view while sunbathing on a boat.

Not impressed: Another person claimed Al had bunions, which she described as “terrible.”
Concerned: Someone advised Al to make an appointment with a podiatrist as soon as possible

The political strategist and commentator had nails painted orange and wore a band-aid on one of her toes – and her fans took notice immediately.
‘Nice place! What happened to your toe?’ One person asked, to which Ana replied, “My shoe was ‘rubbing me the wrong way’.”
And when a troll commented, “I can’t believe you’re showing those feet lol,” Ana couldn’t resist clapping back, writing sarcastically, “Considering the torture they’re going through, they’re doing just fine.”
However, in recent Instagram posts, Ana has been less vocal when it comes to questions about her weight loss.
On Monday, the brunette star shared some new snaps of herself modeling a white mini dress – leading to some people asking her if she’s been taking the diabetes drug Ozempic.
Ana paired the stylish piece of clothing with a pair of espadrille wedge sandals and a simple gold bangle, as well as her new evil eye necklace.
She wore her hair straight and posed with her hands on her hips while Al snapped away.
Ana’s 735,000 followers were quick to comment on the post, as one person wrote, “Holy moly! You look amazing!! I hope I’ll still look this great in 10 years!’

Another fan said, “Looks stunning,” while a third person said to her, “Honey you serve and you’re beaming!”
A fourth person commented: “Ana you and Al look like teenagers!!!!!! You look great!’ and a fifth added: “You look amazing!! KILL QUEEN.’
However, one person begged Ana to tell them how she managed to drop the weight.
“Is it Wegovy or Ozempic or compound semaglutide? It’s not a pickleball once a week. Just be honest, you take care of everything else. “It would be an encouragement and affirmation for those of us who think about it,” they wrote.
Another fan asked: “Ozempic from Gastric Sleeve? They have a platform where people can learn about these facts for health reasons. I did and I’m glad I’m healthier.’
Another person simply asked, “Ozempic? It works?’ and someone else commented, “You look amazing!!” How did you lose weight??? I need your secret!! You were never heavy, but now you’re damn skinny!’
Back in June, Ana responded to an Ozempic request on Instagram when one person commented on her post and said, “When will you realize you’re on Ozempic?” “It will help others.” It’s working. It’s the real deal. There is the willpower needed to stop overeating. It obviously corrects an insulin imbalance that we must have.”
The Chinandega, Nicaragua-born TV personality responded that she “posted about the following.” [her] “I’ve been on a weight-loss journey many times,” detailing the latest moves she’s taken over the past few years.
Navarro, who was involved in the late Senator John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign, said, “I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life,” adding that “the pandemic and menopause have made it worse.”
Navarro said her mother’s death in 2021 from kidney disease caused by diabetes — “She suffered terribly in the last few years of her life,” she said — spurred her to take an active role in better health.
