Kamila, Voltaire Porto’s widow, blames the director of Record for her husband’s death
Voltaire Porto’s (19752022) widow, Kamila Machado, blamed Record Bahia’s managing director, Carlos Alves, for her husband’s depression, who was then manager of the Rio Grande do Sil branch. She claims that without the director, her husband would not have had depression and consequently would not have died of the disease.
“An evil being,” Kamila said of Carlos. On her social networks, the widow vented the loss of her husband, who was found dead at her home in Porto Alegre (RS). According to the widow, her husband’s death is due to the director’s decision to unexpectedly fire the presenter.
“Carlos Alves is the reason for this whole tragedy. My husband had so much love for his job, I am living proof of that. For over 15 years he has been donating his own blood to keep Record running perfectly.”
“He loved people, helped so many people, loved being with his peers. An evil being came who never saw or studied his trajectory, sent him away for no reason out of sheer vanity, pride, without even looking him in the eye, without exchanging a word. I didn’t know him, he sent it to HR to satisfy his pleasure in firing someone as important and generous as my husband,” she continued.
“There was no reason, there was no why. There was a lot of vanity, envy and a desire to destroy a family with the power he held in his hands. Be careful Rekord Bahia. This man destroyed lives”, graduated from the widow.
