The Xena: Warrior Princess series originally premiered in 1995. It tells the story of a warrior who, after a past full of death, decides to change her behavior completely, challenging former allies and even the gods for salvation.

Together with her best friend Gabrielle, Xena travels through ancient Greece and takes part in great adventures. On his way appears Joxer, a boy with few fighting skills but very loyal and reliable.

He was played by the director’s brother Sam Raimi, Ted Raimialso known for his role in “Hercules: The Legendary Voyage“. Ted was born in Detroit, Michigan, USA and is currently 57 years old.

As a child, Bruce Campbell, with whom he later got into acting, was his nanny. His first jobs were alongside brothers Sam and Ivan Raimi.

She gave up her modeling career to pursue acting and has since starred in several productions such as the sequels to Uma Noite Alucinante, Darkman, O Mistério de Candyman and many others.

It was created as a spinoff of “Hercules” and therefore had the participation of actors who had already worked on the predecessor.
