NBA champion Andrew Bogut said Zion Williamson’s alleged affair with porn star Moriah Mills was a “common occurrence”.
Bogut made wide-ranging comments on his Rogue Bogues podcast, dismissing the hysteria surrounding Williamson’s alleged behavior after the gender of his girlfriend, not Mills, was revealed last week.
“If you think this is an isolated case in the NBA, you are dead wrong,” Bogut said. “It’s a common thing with a lot of the teams I’ve played in, it’s also common in the league where there are different relationships and that’s how they have their relationships.”
‘Some [partners] Some know about it, some don’t – but it’s not, it’s nothing to be shocked about because it happens a lot. There are girls that I know are on the gamer’s payroll to be side girls. Unfortunately, the silly thing is you can’t turn off the faucet, bro.”
Mills has been ribbing Williamson since last Wednesday, saying – among other things – he “better pray” she’s not pregnant and leaked text messages, allegedly from the Pelicans star, urging her to shut down the Twitter tirades extinguish.

Andrew Bogut, former No. 1 pick overall, has clarified that situations like Williamson’s are relatively “common” across the NBA – and revealed they’ve happened to some teammates
Williamson has not yet commented on the social media hysteria. Last Thursday night, a woman named Yamille Taylor berated the 22-year-old, calling him a “sex addict”.
Despite the circus, Williamson was present when his foundation announced Friday a partnership with Jefferson Parish Schools — a system of 81 schools with about 50,000 children in Louisiana’s largest borough. Williamson’s foundation has pledged $250,000 to the system to help those in need of uniforms.
“As soon as you pay a girl or a man — it can go both ways these days — you’re paying an extra to be an extra — as soon as you stop paying that extra, your wife will find out.” About that, brother, that’s just how the world works,” explained Bogut.
“The moment you say, ‘Holy shit, I’m retired, I can’t keep paying you 20,000 a month in side income because I can’t afford it anymore,’ that’s going to go public.” That is simply the reality of the world. I’ve seen it mostly quietly in the NBA, I’ve had some people that I’ve played with and played against, people have paid off and so on. It’s normal brother, I have to say it’s normal.’
Bogut – who played 15 seasons in the league for the Bucks, Warriors, Mavs, Lakers and Cavs – provided an anecdote about his first entry into the federation, in which the NBA detailed some of the machinations of greedy women.

Williamson has been described as a “bad sex addict” by Yamille Taylor, a “digital creator” (above).
‘[At] Our rookie transition program… they told me that once before I got into the league there was a group of girls who would take the condom when the guy was done and take it – no matter where it got out of the bin was or whatever – drop it on another girl outside the door and then try to get pregnant that way. Not the best way to get pregnant, but there were scenes like that.
“There were cases where, you know, women said they were violently abused in a room, and then there was elevator footage of them hitting themselves, you know, so there are plans to get these players, bang them up, get ‘money out of them.’
However, the Aussie refused to put all the blame on the “side players” with whom NBA players are associated, blaming Williamson for partial responsibility in this case.
“I don’t always say it’s not the players’ fault because it takes two to tango, but the fact that the media loves that stuff, I hate it.” I find it disgusting to do something like that, but when to be Zion, one must be smarter than this man. “You just can’t do something like that.”
