A few weeks after the launch of the Galaxy A24, the South Korean manufacturer Samsung is laying the foundation for its successor.
OnLeaks, a very reliable source, has just published the first images of the future smartphone: the Galaxy A25.

Simple but effective design
The Samsung Galaxy A25 seems to follow a similar formula as its predecessor with a simple but impactful design. The selfie camera is housed in a teardrop-shaped recess, allowing for an almost frameless screen, albeit with a slightly wider chin underneath. The presence of such a chin indicates the use of an LCD screen instead of an AMOLED display, which may bend closer to the edge of the device, but this has yet to be confirmed.

The screen is said to have a diagonal of 6.44 inches, which is a standard size for mid-range smartphones today. In terms of connectivity, the device reportedly comes with a USB-C port for charging and data transfer, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack, a feature that is becoming increasingly rare in smartphones.
As for the device controls, the volume buttons and the lock button are visible on the right side of the device. A notable feature is the integration of a fingerprint sensor into the lock button.

On the back of the Galaxy A25 we see a module of three cameras. Based on common camera configurations, we can assume that this module contains a main camera, an ultra-wide-angle camera for wider shots, and a dedicated depth-sensing camera to create an effect. Background blur or “bokeh” in portraits. A small sensor is also visible, which could be a brightness or color sensor, to improve photo quality.

It should be noted that all of these specifications are based on observations from the leaked images and are not officially confirmed by Samsung. The Galaxy A25 could always surprise with unexpected features or functions.
Overall, the Samsung Galaxy A25 seems to be a logical progression from the A24, with possible improvements in the field of photography.
Now we just have to wait for the official confirmation from Samsung and see what the Galaxy A25 will really bring.
