Looking for a comedy for tonight? Then watch this funny film on Netflix that talks about the generation gap in a very original way!

The unexpected intern
It’s not just a really nice movie to watch with the whole family. It’s also a different and easy way to talk about a very topical issue: the differences between young and old and between women and men when it comes to work.

Film is another focus of the director Nancy Meyerthe Hollywood queen of comedy that Netflix certainly can’t miss from its catalogue.

She credits big romantic hits like “It’s Complicated” with Meryl Streep, Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin, “Anything Can Happen” with Jack Nicholson, Diane Keaton and Keanu Reeves, and “What Women Want” with Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt.

The Unexpected Intern does not focus on love, but Relationships. Meyers is always fond of saying that two plus two never equals four when it comes to the “human” element of handling situations.

Two extraordinary protagonists holding hands in this story.

The first is Anne Hathaway, familiar face who made her debut in girls’ movies and romantic roles like Pretty Princess and Prince Charming. But it wasn’t long before he showcased his multifaceted talent with performances that have remained iconic in multiple films, such as: The devil wears Prada, Rachel gets married and Interstellar (among the most viewed on Netflixstill available).

With the role of Fantine in the film Les Miserableshowever, wins virtually all major awards: the Oscar, the Golden Globe, the BAFTA, the Critics’ Choice Awards and the Screen Actors Guild Awardfor Best Supporting Actress.

In this title, she will be the young and rampant manager who deals with the new intern…

Role covered by a sacred monster of cinematography: Robert DeNiro.

The very task fell to him – Jack LaMotta from Raging Bull, Travis Bickle from Taxi Driver, Vito Corleone in the second chapter of The Godfather, and we could go on indefinitely take on the role of the new, older and obviously clumsy intern reinventing himself.

A highly original role starring this fabulous performer, award-winning and best known for the intensity and drama of the characters to which he has given substance throughout his very long career.

Will she be believable in this completely different guise?
