These popular dancers will be in Drummondville for a major dance competition

The important Bravissimo dance competition will take place in Drummondville and Terrebonne in the coming weeks.

The unmissable and always colorful multidisciplinary dance competition, now in its 14th year, will take place this year in Drummondville from March 8 to 10 and in Terrebonne from March 4 to April 7 before moving to France at the end of May.

Guest judges include Valérie “Taminator” Chartier, Tina Desrochers, Valérie Rochette, Guillaume Michaud, Janick Arseneau, Stéphanie Decourteille and Daniel Dory, some of whom will give workshops. Marina Bastarache will moderate the performances of the various artists and choreographers on the sidelines of the competition.

Bravissimo is aimed at all age groups and experience types. The competition highlights different styles, from classical to contemporary, including neoclassical and jazz or even hip-hop and freestyle. More than $50,000 in prizes are offered annually to support the dance community and contribute to its development and influence in Quebec.
